Poppins | Artisan Transport Bag

This branding pairs with a group assignment involving myself, another graphic designer, an engineer, and a business student. The task at hand was to design a new and original product, and to create a brand for it. We landed on a bag that would supply ample protection at a minimal cost. Our target market for this product lied with Architects, Engineers, Ceramicists, or anyone else needing assistance transporting fragile items. The name Poppins came from the idea of Mary Poppins, whose bag can seemingly hold anything. This bag would also have dividers that could “pop in” and “pop out” of the form. Myself and Chloe Cresse, the other graphic designer, crafted the branding to fit with the shape of the bag, and for the typeface to reference a more whimsical feeling.
